Driving Disaster Recovery Project Management in Vieques, Puerto Rico
ARCUX provided Project Management Services to assist the Municipality in the implementation and management of the overall City Revitalization Program under the CDBG-DR grant(s).
ARCUX was responsible for providing support in the project(s) pre-application submission, participating in meetings and training, coordinating and preparing agreements and amendments to contracts, performing peer reviews of design, permitting, environmental, and construction-related documentation. We also offered technical support and monitored procurement processes for professional services and construction bids, conducted construction management, monitoring, and compliance activities, reviewed and evaluated invoices, supported invoice processing, and completed the control of the closeout process.
